Turn Around Time

Currently almost all items are ready to ship (RTS) with a current turn around time (TAT) of 3-5 business days. I however am a one woman show so that TAT could be shorter or slightly longer but I promise to try and communicate that with you! *If a fabric needs to be reordered TAT could be extended to 2-6 weeks. Sometimes ordering fabric takes a while. We will really work hard to avoid this, start pre-orders if something is extremely popular and note any delays here as well as on those particular items. I am not perfect and mistakes can happen. We appreciate your understanding if a mistake occurs as we really try our best to avoid them!

Sizing
♥ If you have sizing questions please contact us prior to ordering and we will be glad to help you. All bows wraps will have sizing information listed. If you have any questions prior to purchasing please contact us to discuss. You may also leave your desired measurements in the notes at checkout for a perfect fit. 

 

Clip Placement
♥ Clip placement can make or break a great hair bow. It is more pertinent when you are using it to pull hair to one side or the other on your LOs head. But with some of these bows to get them to stand up nice the clip placement is near the bottom of the bow, if you were to flip it over because of the direction of the clip it would be upside down and not look how you want. SO Clip on Right means that you would be using your Right Hand to open it. That it would be used if you were pulling the hair to the Right Side of your LOs head. Clip on Left means that you would be using your Left Hand to open the clip or pulling hair to the Left Side of your LOs head. Any additional questions feel free to ask!

 

Fabric Variability
♥ Patterned Fabric Bows & Accessories will vary slightly depending on the cut of fabric. We can not guarantee that your bow will look exactly like the images in the listing. If this is a concern to you, please contact us to discuss prior to purchase.

 

Handmade with Love
♥ All items are handmade and while this can lead to slight variations it will not be in the quality of the products. We strive to make everything to perfection and hold ourselves to very high standards.

♥ Although our items are made with lots of love and high standards, they may contain small parts that can be dangerous to your little one. Please handle with care!

 

Refunds
♥ If you need a refund before your order has been shipped, please contact us within 24 hours and we will kindly grant you a full refund.

♥ All items are not returnable unless there is a quality/damage issue not related to shipping, you were shipped the wrong items, wrong sizes or wrong hardware. Please be careful and choose the correct hardware and sizing when ordering. Please email us if you have any issues and we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.

♥ If at any time you have to send an item back, you are responsible for shipping fees, unless we have agreed to cover the cost for you. All items must be returned within 24 hours of approval and a tracking number must be emailed to us within those 24 hours to be eligible for a refund or partial refund. Once your item is received back and inspected you will receive your refund within 24-48 hours.

Shipping
♥ We offer both first class and priority mail shipping options. Darley Ashi is not responsible for lost or damaged goods due to USPS. We will do everything we can to work with you to help find or replace the items if need be. Packages are shipped on Mondays and Fridays only. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. It is advised to group your items in one order. We cannot group two (or more) orders placed separately once check out has been completed.

♥ Please me mindful we are not responsible for wrong size, wrong hardware choice,etc. Please choose carefully and if you have any questions contact us prior to ordering.

♥ Please see our current Turn Around Time listed above.

♥ Returned Packages (Return to Sender) - Orders are sent to the address provided exactly as entered at checkout. Please make sure to take your time and enter your address and billing info correctly, with all info on the appropriate lines. Packages returned to us due to failure to provide correct and complete shipping addresses will be resent after the new correct address is provided along with Shipping being repaid through PayPal. Failure to do so will result in automatic order cancellation. Your order will be refunded less shipping cost.

***We are NOT responsible if the post office is backed up and packages do not arrive on time. Due to Covid-19 there have been significant delays with USPS *** The post office is responsible to make sure your packages arrive on time. Once the package leaves us, it is out of our hands, please review your tracking info once your items have been shipped. We are only responsible for SHIP dates, not arrival dates. We will do what we can to help you with this though.****

Shop Hours
Our shop closes for weekends, holidays and vacations. We will not take orders or ship during these times unless we choose to do so, but it is not guaranteed. When we are on vacation it will be noted on our home page!
